Outstanding Club President Award Form Steve A. Means Outstanding Circle K President Award The Steve A. Means Award is presented to one Club President who is deemed by the District Board to have best exemplified the duties of their office. Each club may nominate one individual. The report is to be endorsed by the Circle K Club Secretary and the Circle K Club Faculty or Kiwanis Advisor. Reports without these signatures will not be judged. All nominations must be submitted to the District Board by the Winter Board meeting, or they will not be considered. District Board members may submit a nomination by the Winter Board meeting. The District Board reserves the right to decline to present this award in a year when it is determined that there are no qualified nominees.
