Outstanding General Member Award Form Paul Osborne, Jr. Outstanding General Member Award The Paul Osborne, Jr. Award is presented to an individual who is deemed by the District Board to have rendered outstanding service to the Circle K Movement as a general member. This award is given on the basis of accomplishments between last year’s District Convention and the upcoming District Convention. A nominee must be a member in good standing with the Alabama District for the majority of the current administrative year. Since this award is designed to honor the general member, members of the District Board of Officers and members of a Club’s Board of Officers are not eligible for this award. Each club may nominate one individual. The report is to be endorsed by the Circle K Club President, Circle K Club Secretary, and either the Faculty or Kiwanis Advisor. Reports without these signatures will not be judged. All nominations must be submitted to the District Board of Officers by the Winter Board meeting, or they will not be considered. Members of the District Board may submit a nomination following the above format at the Winter Board meeting. The District Board reserves the right to decline to present this award in a year when it is determined that there are no qualified nominees.
